Bernie Cannon

I saw Bernie at Armidale about 30 + years ago where he was living a rural lifestyle. He was a friend of my brother in law John Hebblewhite who had been to Teachers College at Armidale some years prior and so it’s possible that Bernie also went to the Armidale TC, but I’m not sure of that.

I do recall Bernie telling me that he had played rugby league for one of the first division clubs in Sydney for a few years.

I’ll check with my brother in law to see if he knows the whereabouts of Bernie.
